Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- 15+ years of related experience in sales, account management, and/or business development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead IDEMIA’s strategic relationship with a Tier 1 mobile network operator (MNO)
- Grow account revenue and expand IDEMIA presence by building a pipeline of new opportunities
- Manage customer retention and renewal, upselling, and adding new logos
- Identify use cases for IDEMIA technologies and solutions
- Develop commercial insights which leverage IDEMIA technologies
- Lead a complex, technical, enterprise sales process involving multiple decision makers and stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth via expansion opportunities and via new logo growth
- Develop and execute an effective strategic business plan that identifies opportunities to expand current business
- Establish strong relationships at all levels of the client’s organization as well as relevant partners and stakeholders
- Primary escalation point for account issues, commercial inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing account planning
- Communicate client business and technical needs and expectations to IDEMIA management and report account status to support revenue projections
- Orchestrate internal support teams to achieve required results
- Maintain knowledge of IDEMIA’s solutions, technologies, and the market in general including competition
- Attend customer meetings and internal sales meetings; Provide timely updates to company CRM system; Manage travel and other expenses within company guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in business development, enterprise account management, sales operations, and technical sales
- Background selling digital solutions and/or managed services in the telecom vertical
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of technology products and solutions to both technical and non-technical decision makers
- Polished executive presence and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation expertise
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills that support forecasting, strategic planning, pricing development, and market intelligence
- Collaborative team player with a track record of motivating themselves and others to achieve success
- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems; a ‘possibility’ mindset
- A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual, able to manage competing critical tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
