Requirements
- Proven experience of managing major or complex accounts in the financial industry
- Broad understanding of the energy industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Competent at creating and identifying needs using a proactive and consultative sales approach
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI applications, with the ability to leverage these tools for responding to customer inquiries and search requests.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing S&PCI key relationships for American Strategic and Regional accounts.
- Develops and builds meaningful and lasting relationships with key and influential contacts.
- Understand the client’s business priorities and needs. Act as an advocate and ensure customers are maximizing the value of their investment with S&PCI.
- Continuous investigative and collaborative contact with customers to gather strategic information about their business, understand their issues, uncover unrecognized problems providing solutions to them.
- Acts as a broker of capabilities or services for clients, advocates internally, and facilitates the involvement of sales and other functions to achieve common goals for the client and S&PCI.
- Ensures client derives value from enterprise-wide licenses to maintain loyalty by working closely with the Commercial and Research organization, to drive increased usage and broad adoption.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI applications to assist with finding the right information, conducting industry research, responding to client request.
