Requirements
- Proven experience in software development with C, C++, .NET, Java, and JavaScript.
- Extensive knowledge of PLM, ALM, MBSE, ERP, CAD, CAM, and IoT.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter for PLM, MBSE, and QMS.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure Cloud services.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 10 Years of Relevant Experience
- 6 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
Responsibilities
- Owning the entire solution delivered to the business including work done by other team members.
- Leading the project team and customers (including those beyond the borders of R&D) to deliver project goals and in accordance with existing corporate standards.
- Influencing and leading the evolution of business processes that support the application of PLM tools and methodology.
- Partner with other leaders and capabilities to maximize synergies across digital platforms.
- Coordinating all aspects of the technical project (including solution definition, scope, timelines, budget, change leadership, and communication plans).
- Ensuring that industry and Alcon best practices are followed and that the functional specifications are successfully developed, implemented, and documented.
- Crafting and maintaining estimates for project budgets, detailed project plans, and enforcement of scope for the project.

- Strong domain knowledge in systems engineering, bill of materials (BOM) management, configuration control, and compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
