Requirements

• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
• Strong customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field
• 10-15 years of project management, banking or financial services industry experience preferred
• PMP certification within 1 year of hire preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage the Project Management Team
• Coordinate Business Analysis Activities
• Develop and Mentor Project Managers and Business Analysts
• Develop and Implement Project Management Strategies
• Oversee Project Planning and Execution
• Monitor and Control Project Progress
• Report Project Status to Leadership
• Implement and Manage Change Initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• 10-15 years of project management, banking or financial services industry experience preferred
• PMP certification within 1 year of hire preferred
