Responsibilities

  • Develop market insights, e.g. conduct Market intel & competitive product intel
  • Define problem space and for whom
  • Formulate strategy
  • Lean Business Case Development (living & breathing)
  • KPI’s
  • Research plan
  • Cost Benefit Analysis
  • Roadmap – vision, mission, strategy stack and roadmap
  • Product Planning: build/buy/partner, product design – experience map (feature sets, benefits)
  • Check-ins with Agile teams/PO to ensure development aligns with GTM plans and timing
  • Consultant to PO as needed on delivery/development & testing
  • Sales support – RFP responses, sales meeting
  • Work with marketing for Value Prop creation, collateral, etc
  • Client Demonstrations – create and deliver
  • Client support / client meetings
  • Work with Pricing team to develop pricing
  • Create product bundling options for Sales & Account Management
  • Training – create and deliver internal and external product trainings
  • Post-launch product lifecycle management
