Requirements
- 7+ years in product management at an internet software company, with specific experience working on B2B SaaS applications
- 4+ years hiring and leading high performing product teams
- Strong leadership skills – you’ll need to rally your team to follow your vision
- Excellent organization skills to ensure that your team is focused and operating efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, MBA, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Deep and unrelenting customer focus, and an ability to effectively utilize research and testing within a customer-centric approach to product.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10+ Product Managers, developing their skills and career paths while ensuring we achieve successful outcomes
- Partner with Engineering and User Experience (UX) counterparts to enable healthy teams and to deliver outcomes across your product area
- Lead product vision and strategy development for your product area, growing existing opportunities and uncovering new opportunities to ensure overall execution and success of your product area
- Evangelize product vision and strategy internally and externally, to everyone from Procore’s executive team to Procore’s largest customers. You’ll be the face of Procore Document Management.
- Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for our customers
- Lead speaking engagements at industry events, trade shows, and internal Procore events to evangelize and clarify the opportunity and impact
- 15-20% travel required
