Requirements

• BSEE or another relevant technical degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, with a strong track record of technical contributions and leadership.
• Deep subject matter expertise in the area of data center power delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive complex projects to successful completion and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in engaging with large global customers and technology partners, presenting technical features and translating them into benefits for target applications.
• Effective communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats, with the ability to engage senior-level technical experts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the customer base in the datacenter market to understand their power needs, translate them into a roadmap and product requirements document.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products, positioning us as a leader in the industry. Evaluate offerings from competing foundries/IDMs/fabless companies and develop suitable collateral.
• Engage with key customers to understand their needs, present technical features, and translate them into benefits for target applications. Drive DWINs at top target customers.
• Act as a product evangelist, promoting our products through presentations, webinars and industry events. Create technical content such as white papers, case studies and technical presentations to support marketing efforts.
• Work closely with product marketing, product development, end markets and sales teams to define, execute and sell technologies. Design for cost to ensure cost entitlement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a globally dispersed environment with team members in multiple locations and an ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
• An advanced degree (MSEE or MBA) is preferred.
