Requirements

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Excellent executive level communication, story-telling and presentation skills to both internal and external audiences
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills as well as demonstrated quantitative rigor
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commerce business KPIs
  • Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies in the payments industry
  • Ability to build successful client relationships with C-level client executives
  • Ability to articulate a business benefit to an executive-level business stakeholder, with the ability to also explain details to functional and technical SMEs
  • Effective in public speaking engagements

Responsibilities

  • Socializing and evangelizing Visa’s product strategy, roadmap and benefits to clients within the Enabler, Merchant, Fintech client segments
  • Understanding client business needs and priorities, defining client solution business requirements, and working with both regional and global product development teams to shape and prioritize product roadmap
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and client stakeholders to maintain an ongoing understanding of client challenges, opportunities and needs across their payments operations
  • Educate and empower the broader sales organization on Visa products and strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring one unified Visa Product voice to account executives and clients
  • Deliver regular thought leadership on payment product topics to internal sales partners and external clients
  • Utilize the voice of the client to inform and influence the Visa product roadmap
  • Oversee special projects across multiple clients and serve as the main contact for specific clients regarding key Visa Product matters

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • BA/BS in business, computer science, or a related field
