Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 5 years of Process or Program Management experience
- At least 3 years of People Management experience
Responsibilities
- Defining and mapping the key processes within the Connectivity Security organization
- Ability to communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects
- Partnering with cross-functional and horizontal teams to analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities
- Being a force-multiplier driving the effectiveness of the team while leaning in to help the team to fill gaps
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or Master of Business Administration degree
- 8+ years of Process Management experience
- 7+ years of experience working with technology leaders
- 4+ years of People Management experience
- Process or Project Management certification (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certification
