Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within HR or People and Culture
  • Strong understanding of employment law, ethics, and compliance
  • Experience in designing and implementing people and culture strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for decision-making
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring HR professionals

Responsibilities

  • Champion the organization’s mission, vision, and values by embedding them into all people-related programs, policies, and initiatives
  • Lead the design and implementation of a cohesive people and culture strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing team of HR professionals
  • Design and launch enterprise-level initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement and sense of belonging
  • Develop and execute proactive employee relations strategies
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on employment law, ethics, and compliance
  • Identify current and future organizational capability needs and partner with L&D to design training programs
  • Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HR Operations, and senior business leaders
