Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within HR or People and Culture
- Strong understanding of employment law, ethics, and compliance
- Experience in designing and implementing people and culture strategies
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for decision-making
- Experience in coaching and mentoring HR professionals
Responsibilities
- Champion the organization’s mission, vision, and values by embedding them into all people-related programs, policies, and initiatives
- Lead the design and implementation of a cohesive people and culture strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Coach and mentor a high-performing team of HR professionals
- Design and launch enterprise-level initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement and sense of belonging
- Develop and execute proactive employee relations strategies
- Serve as the subject matter expert on employment law, ethics, and compliance
- Identify current and future organizational capability needs and partner with L&D to design training programs
- Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HR Operations, and senior business leaders
