Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business management) or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of leadership experience in waste management or energy-from waste industries, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple processing facilities within the south region, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Support safety protocols, compliance with environmental regulations, and adherence to all company policies and procedures. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Monitor and optimize material processing operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and cost-effective processes.
Monitor the financial performance of the facilities in the region, including budget development and cost control measures.
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a reliable flow of materials, parts, and services required for facility operations.
Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices within the facilities.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Generate and present periodic reports on project development status to senior management.
