Requirements
- 10 years of progressively senior experience.
- Advanced degree in business or equivalent; management consulting experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively.
- Receptive and adaptive to an evolving, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Champion strategic business unit goals through thorough analysis and alignment with Canada Segment strategy.
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide senior management with informed recommendations on strategic planning.
- Develop executive presentation materials and performance reports, evaluating options for business growth and facilitating decisive executive actions.
- Support the Canada Segment CEO in governance and business management services.
- Coordinate CDLT meetings, manage agendas, and track action items while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communications and engagement activities for executive stakeholders, including crafting strategic documents and organizing leadership offsites.

- Experience in large-scale transformation strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and effectively engage diverse audiences.
