Requirements

  • 8 plus years of full-desk global recruiting experience
  • 5 plus years of recruitment leadership experience in a global environment
  • Knowledge of EEO, ADA and employment laws
  • Experience configuring Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Greenhouse) and Google Reporting tools
  • Experience managing Immigration cases such as EAD (H1B, OPT, GC, TN)
  • Track record of delivering high volume hiring plans for Sales and Operations and targeted searches for Product and Engineering in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Establish a robust global recruitment infrastructure with best-in-class search processes, technologies, KPIs, and reporting
  • Present weekly reporting on metrics and search strategies to the Executive Leadership team
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce time to hire and create efficiencies across the recruitment ecosystem
  • Execute executive and confidential searches
  • Provide leadership, training, advocacy and vision to a team of global recruiters
  • Develop the team by providing clear expectations and development plans to support their growth objectives
  • Develop bespoke recruiting strategies to address the unique talent needs for each geography and department
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative professional recruiting techniques to be competitive
  • Collaborate with Marketing on Employment Branding initiatives
  • Regularly assess overall lead generation, particularly for ‘hard to fill’ and business critical positions. Stay abreast of job board performance and adjust utilization based on results
  • Manage immigration program with external counsel
