Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, partnerships, business management, or executive-level consulting, with significant experience in inorganic growth management
- 5+ years leading M&A processes, including deal sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation
- Proven experience partnering with executive teams through strategic development processes
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to analyze complex market, financial and business data and translate insights into strategic opportunities
- Experience in change management and business transformation
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and ELT to identify opportunities, deal thesis and potential targets
- Maintain a global pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets; drive outreach, and diligence
- Build and own deal and integration playbook, and Board materials
- Partner with Legal and Finance to execute transactions, including owning the upfront deal, driving the transaction to completion and create an integration roadmap
- Lead cross-functional integration planning and post-close tracking of value capture
