Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, partnerships, business management, or executive-level consulting, with significant experience in inorganic growth management
  • 5+ years leading M&A processes, including deal sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation
  • Proven experience partnering with executive teams through strategic development processes
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to analyze complex market, financial and business data and translate insights into strategic opportunities
  • Experience in change management and business transformation

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and ELT to identify opportunities, deal thesis and potential targets
  • Maintain a global pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets; drive outreach, and diligence
  • Build and own deal and integration playbook, and Board materials
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to execute transactions, including owning the upfront deal, driving the transaction to completion and create an integration roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional integration planning and post-close tracking of value capture
