Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, established key contacts/executive relationships with a track record of success across the social platforms, consumer tech and creator marketing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and executive level negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Passion for the creator industry and a deep understanding of the landscape.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute new business opportunities by sourcing and structuring API-driven partnerships, technical collaborations, and strategic integrations with leading platforms in the creator economy.
- Develop and own a comprehensive partnerships strategy focused on scalable integration models, data interoperability, and ecosystem growth to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Lead executive-level negotiations with strategic partners, including product, engineering, and platform teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Later’s product, engineering, and business development teams to identify and prioritize integration opportunities that enhance creator monetization, streamline commerce workflows, and strengthen platform utility across the partnership portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnerships through project management of key programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to your partners, serving as a trusted advisor, and resource to address any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry news and trends and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities.
