Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and decision-makers
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Partner with estimating, engineering, and operations
- Leverage CRM tools and analytics to monitor KPIs and refine strategies
