Responsibilities
- Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies, as appropriate
- Develop and implement concepts for entire range of unusually complex product issues and engineering solutions
- Provide guidance in problem identification and troubleshooting an entire range of unusually complex engineering problems of unusually complex scope that may have business wide potential implications
- Interface with internal and external customers regarding engineering unusually complex issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for the unit’s product line
- Specify and/or perform engineering analysis that has product line implications
- Generate product specifications
- Lead the development of design or modify engineering assemblies, layout/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of unusually complex scope
- Lead, define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests
