Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
- Prefer graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
- Current, unencumbered, active California PT or OT License (required)
- Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care
- CPR (as requested)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day activities in the rehabilitation department
- Delivery of direct and indirect services to inpatients and out-patients
- Supervision of all therapy personnel
- Interviewing and recommending new hires
- Training of all therapy personnel
- Implementation of new programs to meet the needs of the facility and the residents
- Administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out all assigned duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy (preferred)
