Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 15+ years of experience, including supervisory roles in a multi-state or multi-building distribution center environment.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of warehouse operations – inbound and outbound.
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with local leaders to ensure operational standards are upheld – providing legendary customer service and maintaining company culture.
- Support corporate management on strategic planning and big picture initiatives.
- Recommend process improvements and manage projects across regions.
- Ensure exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
