Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a corporate environment focused on real estate or Workplace management
  • Proven knowledge in office construction and project management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Project, Power Point, Excel, Bluebeam and BMS systems

Responsibilities

  • Leverage and partner with Site Leaders and/or Workplace Experience Managers to provide leadership and knowledge to sustain consistencies across the NA office portfolio
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs for each location
  • Coordinate internal resources (IT, Security, Marketing & HR) and third parties/vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Oversee all Facilities Workplace Experience related OPEX and CAPEX planning, budgeting and related management tasks ensuring adherence to plan
  • Manage subtenant requests and services
  • Direct Workplace vendors and professional service providers, contracts and management. Act as owner’s representative in the management of architects, engineers, contractors, permit expeditors, etc.
  • Ensure that vendor partners operate as an extension of the Real Estate & Workplace Experience team while meeting all contractual service level agreements.
  • Assist other departments with other office-wide initiatives and cultural events
