Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. (5 + years of Quality Management experience in progressively responsible leadership roles will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.)
- BICSI RCDD, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible leadership in quality management within low voltage, structured cabling, or data center construction industries.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and field-based operations.
- In-depth knowledge of BICSI standards, ANSI/TIA codes, and industry best practices in electrical/communications systems.
- Expertise in QA/QC frameworks, regulatory compliance, and technical quality standards.
- Proven ability to build and scale quality programs that drive measurable improvement and organizational impact.
- Strong analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective at leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating with executive leadership.
- Experience with modern Quality Management programs and systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the implementation and continuous improvement of internal and external quality compliance programs.
- Lead a team of Quality Managers across U.S. locations, fostering alignment, collaboration, and excellence in quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and practices aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with the VP of Safety, Quality, and Risk Management to execute strategic quality initiatives and elevate performance across the board.
- Develop and execute the company-wide strategy for Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Technical Training across all operations.
- Develop and scale quality programs to support a high-growth, field-based operational environment.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and provide clear, strategic communication to executive and director-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
