5+ years of leadership experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams in quality-related functions.
Proven expertise in developing quality processes and automation frameworks for hardware-software products.
Experience shipping globally and managing hardware + software products across their entire lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Strong track record of addressing complex challenges in testing non-deterministic systems, such as AI or machine learning-based products.
Deep knowledge of test methodologies, automation tools, and best practices for managing quality in scalable organizations.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Lead a multidisciplinary team across Build and Release, Infrastructure, Automation Engineering, and Quality Test Engineering, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Develop innovative testing methodologies to address the complexities of AI-driven products, including efficacy and prompt effectiveness for AI pipelines.
Oversee the creation of test contracts that delegate specific testing responsibilities to integration and validation teams, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Define and implement a forward-thinking quality strategy that integrates hardware, software, and AI pipeline testing for HP’s portfolio of devices, ensuring robust and scalable processes.
