Requirements
- 10+ years of product marketing experience (15+ years total experience), preferably with a mix of AI, software, and creative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem structuring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Needs to know the end-to-end process of product image creation — from concept to campaign and measurement.
- Understand file formats and assets involved: PSD, TIFF, EXR, USDZ, glTF, OBJ, etc.
- Be aware of post-production processes: retouching, masking, blending, shadow realism, lighting passes, etc.
- Understand approval workflows between creative, brand, and legal.
- Be able to explain how inpainting, control nets, prompt-to-image, and custom models apply to branded image production.
- Understand when 2D gen AI hits its limit and when 3D (or hybrid methods) are needed.
- Know where hallucination or brand inconsistency becomes a problem — and how Custom Models and Brand Service could help address that.
- Understand the difference in workflows: 2D: compositing, masking, harmonization, retouching; 3D: camera angles, materials (PBR), lighting, rendering engines (Substance), mesh topology.
- Know how 3D assets become 2D deliverables (render passes, alpha masks, matte objects).
- Understand what a digital twin really means (not just a buzzword — is it from CAD, photogrammetry, procedural modeling?).
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into compelling marketing strategies.
- English language fluency.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and gain first-hand observations with customers to understand needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Synthesize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Co-own, together with Product Management, the product strategy and upcoming calendar of new product and feature releases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for Object Compositing, including pricing, packaging, positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and deliver training, sales tools, and collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of Object Compositing.
- Lead the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and web content.
- Engage with key customers to gather feedback, understand use cases, and develop customer success stories.
- Work closely with product management, field sales, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
