Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years leading and mentoring teams
- Passion for building fair, transparent, and customer-first experiences that drive long-term financial growth
- Strong understanding of credit access, financial services, or risk-based decisioning
- Proven ability to work effectively with across technical and non-technical partners and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment, making thoughtful decisions with imperfect information
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution for expanding credit access to prospective and existing customers
- Manage and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of curiosity & analytical rigor through test and learning with customer obsession
- Partner with credit and data science teams to understand credit models and policies
- Deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through research and data
- Advocate for clear, responsible, and customer-first credit experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with credit models or policies is a plus
