Requirements
- 5+ years of current experience leading and coaching strong Digital Product Managers
- 3+ years as an individual contributor as a Digital Product Manager
- Direct accountability for a P&L or business results
- Created and evangelized a product strategy from scratch
- Following the teachings of Marty Cagan’s Empowered and Inspired books
Responsibilities
- Coach a team of Product Managers
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- Partner with the directors User Experience/Design and Software Engineering to establish a product strategy that ties back to the product vision
- Build partnerships and trust across multiple channels with a high level of business acumen
- Cast long term vision of Product Management at Ramsey Solutions
