Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
- 7+ years of prior product management experience with 2+ years leading product managers or cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or payments
- Experience querying product data using SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence across teams and levels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, driving execution
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and design to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions at speed.
- Drive execution by establishing product processes that promote rapid development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Use market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to shape a forward-looking, results-driven product roadmap.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to enhance user experience and maximize business performance.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers and internal teams to uncover new opportunities and guide product innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers to stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure all products comply with applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
