Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles such as Group Product Manager, Associate Director, Director, or VP of Product.
- Proven experience in B2B fintech or SaaS software.
- Track record of success leading product teams at a scaling startup high growth company.
- Experience building products in a regulated industry.
- Excellent experience in workflow automation, with a strong product intuition and ability to simplify complex processes for users.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong, process-oriented product leader with deep experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Passionate about coaching teams, setting a high bar for quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative with a proven ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams.
- User-obsessed and data-informed, with strong skills in discovery, validation, and product analytics.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller—clear, detailed, and compelling in both written and verbal communication.
- Strategic prioritizer, able to balance short-term needs and long-term vision in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Uphold and model best-in-class standards for product processes, discovery practices, and documentation—in partnership with the COO.
- Provide hands-on coaching to Product Managers on effective collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Guide and support prioritization efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Build strong partnerships with other organizational leaders and continually strengthen the Product team’s relationships across departments.
- Own and lead the quarterly roadmapping process, ensuring successful execution and delivery against the roadmap.
- Collaborate with the COO to translate company strategy and vision into a dynamic, rolling four-quarter roadmap, and lead the team in developing an actionable and inspiring quarterly plan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in private markets, capital markets, or alternative investments.
- Familiarity with fund accounting.
- Understanding of securities laws and regulatory considerations in private market transactions.
