Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology procurement
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Comprehensive understanding of the industry in which the company operates, including market dynamics and key suppliers
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and standards
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality goods and services
- Promote innovation in procurement processes by leveraging AI, new technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and mentor the US based procurement team, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional development
- Enhancing end to end procurement services and ensuring we provide top-notch support to our stakeholders
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives
- Oversee the department’s budget, ensuring that expenditures are within allocated limits and identifying areas for financial efficiency
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies
- Generate detailed reports on procurement activities, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas that require attention
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing procurement
- A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management – CPSM) are highly desirable
