Requirements
- 10+ years managing teams with a proven ability to hire, lead, and manage high-performing technical teams, including senior-level architects.
- Strong knowledge of Data & AI technologies, cloud ecosystems, and scalable architectures. Able to be hands-on-keyboard.
- Experience in developing and executing plans for partner ecosystems, driving innovation and adoption.
- Demonstrated success in implementing processes and delivering measurable business impact.
- 7-10 years of experience working with Providers; Proven ability to build and manage partnerships throughout their lifecycle, from negotiating terms to onboarding and launching.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and navigate a high-pace, feedback-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop top Solutions Architects from diverse backgrounds. Manage senior-level SAs, fostering leadership development and mentoring programs.
- Support partners in adopting Databricks’ technology and aligning with product and business line priorities. Engage with partners in architectural discussions to ensure successful cloud deployments.
- Participate in the planning and executing of partner programs and investments. Champion partner needs with senior Databricks leadership to drive joint initiatives.
- Define and implement scalable processes, reporting mechanisms, and business inspection cadences to deliver high value to partners and measurable results for the business.
- Work with peers in Product, Engineering, and Partner Management to align strategies and elevate partner outcomes.
