Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 5 years – Management and/or leadership experience required
- 3 years – Experience in the LTSS program required
- 3 years – Experience with CMS, Medicaid and Medicaid LTSS regulations and contract management required
- 3 years – Experience with Medicaid/Waiver IDD programs required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Conflict management and resolution skills

Responsibilities
- Identifies and designs new strategies to support IDD population
- Directs the development and implementation of new initiatives and monitors ongoing performance of all aspects of the IDD programs to ensure projects are implemented, accepted, and accomplished within set deadlines, ensuring that quality standards and goals are achieved
- Establishes processes, procedures, and practices for teams to follow within the program ensuring adherence to all contractual and accreditation requirements and standards
- Ensures that all relevant areas within the program strategies are supported and consistent with organizational business goals and regulations
- Serves as IDD subject matter expert and builds bridges across all areas within the organization. Translates corporate objectives into program objectives and practices
