Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing enterprise systems and technical teams
- Proven experience with systems integration, particularly with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise platforms
- Strong technical background with demonstrated ability to manage consultants and vendors effectively
- Experience developing and implementing IT procurement strategies and vendor management processes
- Expertise in data governance, reporting, and analytics strategy development
- Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to transform transactional IT teams into strategic business partners
- Strategic thinking and vision-setting capabilities with a track record of implementing efficiency improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven capability to communicate technical concepts to senior and executive leadership
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving business outcomes through technology
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and optimization of corporate IT systems, including cloud-based collaboration tools, access management systems, reporting platforms, and other critical IT services
- Lead and mature our enterprise systems integration strategy, particularly for our core platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot) and develop processes for system intake and integration
- Effectively manage technical consultants and vendors, ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements while maintaining budgetary control
- Develop and implement a centralized IT procurement strategy to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions, proper vendor management, and elimination of redundant services/licenses
- Create a comprehensive data governance framework and cohesive reporting strategy that unifies commercial, financial, and data analytics reporting
- Evolve our IT group into a systems-thinking organization that drives efficiency and innovation
- Ensure the secure and efficient operation of IT processes, with a focus on scalability and reliability to meet business needs
- Build, mentor, and manage a global high-performing technical team responsible for IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Partner closely with the Security team to ensure alignment with organizational security policies, standards, and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Work with senior leadership to establish clear OKRs for the IT organization, with an immediate focus on stabilizing key systems and maturing enterprise processes
