Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management and operational software (Monday.com preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record within the luxury industry, with a deep understanding of production processes, creative development, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operational activities of the CMO organization, including scheduling weekly xfn meetings, leadership agendas, and project status dashboards.
  • Provide detailed oversight and operation support for eCommerce, Marketing, and Creative projects – including yearly campaigns, HTM, BAU, and special projects.
  • Develop a strong working partnership with project managers to ensure detailed tracking of key projects, providing visibility to the CMO and senior leadership team.
  • Support CMO lead team resource management, ensuring that project intake aligns with team bandwidth and capacity.
  • Support team in starting critical projects earlier, identifying the right amount of time / steps for more complicated / strategy heavy projects vs BAU.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the CMO and Creative, Marketing, and eCommerce teams, ensuring operational & executional efficiency.
  • Drive for more efficient use of internal resources (team prioritization, project streamline etc.), and where / how to better use external resources more effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implementing best practices to optimize productivity and reduce spending where possible.
  • Spearhead weekly & monthly reporting on Monday.com and communicating cross-functionally and driving operational improvements and tracking workflow optimizations.
  • Support with training initiatives for new hires to ensure successful onboarding.
  • 360-degree oversight of financial planning and resource allocation to drive efficiency and strategic investment in key initiatives, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost-effective practices across eCommerce, Marketing, and Creative teams.
  • Streamline and track budget spend between departments on key projects for holistic view and management.
  • Serve as a key partner for CMO communications for operational updates between Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Merchandising, and ensure other departments including Design, IT, Learning & Development, Wholesale, and Retail teams are consistently updated as needed.
  • Facilitate monthly cross-functional meetings to ensure transparency, information sharing, and alignment on project updates, priorities, and status reports.
