Requirements
- 8 + years of proven sales experience, with 3 + year minimum in Outbound and Inbound Phones Sales and minimum of 3 years People Management experience.
- Proven Telesales Management Experience
- Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish
- Ambitious, Energetic, Confident, with a Strong Work Ethic
Responsibilities
- Support our agents by partnering with marketing team in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
- Participates with business unit leadership to develop and execute sales strategy to meet business objectives.
- Maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manages customer base.
- Lead 36 Inside Sales Representatives in Miami HQ and offshore.
- Communicate and interact with all project stakeholders including all levels of users and senior management
