Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in agency sales / integrated partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: in person, over email and phone.
- Confident in presenting to C-Suite level stakeholders.
- Strong contacts across North America with direct clients and c-suite contacts.
- A creative seller. The ability to plug brand challenges into an ecosystem and quickly develop solutions.
- Proven experience and results in selling big budget ideas and solutions to global brands at senior level.
Responsibilities
- Generating new client leads, alongside growing & maintaining existing accounts.
- Canvassing for new business from competitive creative agencies to grow business and increase revenue.
- You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding your own personal sales target, presenting revenue figures on a quarterly basis to senior management.
- Developing and exceeding set KPI’s in-line with global and regional business goals.
- Evaluating client’s requirements, briefing the creative & strategic planning teams, pitching creative brand & marketing strategies.
- Managing and prioritising multiple projects in a fast moving environment.
- Negotiating deals with a focus on long-term value, whilst managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep-diving into client’s requirements, identifying upsell opportunities. The goal is to be an extension of the client business and understand their challenges.
- Ensuring the client is front of mind at all times by keeping them up to date on a consistent basis. An understanding that relationship building is key to sales success.
- Working with the creative and accounts team to build proposals, with the goal to always exceed client expectations.
- Proactively researching and updating yourself on new online marketing (sales) trends and ideas, always keeping a close eye on competitor agencies.
- Overseeing and growing the client database.
- Reporting to regional lead on new market trends and opportunities to drive revenue.
