- Experience in leading Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organizations
- Strong background in incident management and operational excellence
- Ability to design and implement reliability best practices
- Experience in mentoring and growing engineering teams
- Familiarity with SLOs, alerting, and observability standards
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Embedded SRE organization
- Design and scale incident response and management programs
- Champion reliability best practices across development and infrastructure teams
- Evolve SLOs, alerting, and observability standards
- Partner with engineering leadership to embed SREs in key services
- Mentor and grow engineering leads and ICs within Embedded SRE and Incident Ops
- Foster a culture of operational excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing
