Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience leading marketing or paid search teams.
- Proficient in web analytics, Google / Bing ad centers and bidding tools such as Skai.
- Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing strategy and execution, balancing spend with long-term business growth.
- Oversee a team of Campaign Managers to ensure consistent execution for maximized performance and returns.
- Guide testing initiatives – defining hypotheses, analyzing results and shaping next steps.
- Partner with Operations and Analytics teams to deliver insights that inform our merchandising, creative and advertising efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-channel teams to evaluate performance and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Serve as a Uline contact with vendor partners including Google, Microsoft / Bing, Skai, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
