Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-exceeding performance selling or managing Enterprise B2B or B2G SaaS solutions
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding performance and retention goals
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Experience utilizing numerous tools, including Salesforce
- BS/BA degree strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach and develop the CSM team focused on working with state and local government agencies
- Lead the CSMs and help build strategy, KPIs, and processes to drive success for the team
- Create a plan to align use cases with customer objectives and configure them to client’s specific business goals
- Design and implement strategic plans to help the CSM team reach annual renewal and growth targets
- Lead and motivate CSMs to efficiently prospect, pitch, and close deals to overachieve in their assigned quotas
- Design repeatable processes and record all leads and opportunities in Salesforce to optimize the CSM team
- Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure we constantly deliver value to our customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a fast-paced startup a plus
- Experience working with customers in the Public Sector vertical, more specifically at the state and local level is strongly preferred
- Experience leading a team of Customer Success Managers a plus
