Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional as defined by Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of evidence-based treatment within the children’s program
- Supervise Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals (LBHPs) and case management staff
- Set strategic direction for clinical services
- Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for youth with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
