Requirements
- Proven track record of selling to small and mid-sized retail businesses (SMBs).
- Demonstrated success in expanding customer bases and driving revenue growth.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading B2B sales teams within a defined geographic territory.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (65%+ travel required).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team to exceed sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct regular sales calls and performance reviews to assess district progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market data to inform strategic decisions and optimize regional performance.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and close new retail partners through in-person B2B sales engagements.
- Promote Intermex’s Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions, including International Wire Transfers, Bill Payments, Check Cashing, and Mobile Top-Up services.
- Conduct On-Site Business Reviews (OBRs) to strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and recommend new product or service opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product enhancements and service delivery improvements.
