Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, including 5+ years leading teams and managing national accounts
- Demonstrated experience working with omni-channel retailers, including 1P and 3P e-commerce platforms
- Background in CPG, building materials, or related industries
- Experience with joint business planning, strategic retail partnerships, and large account management (preferably $200M+)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working with insights tools (POS, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to inform decisions and improve results
- Proven ability to lead with empathy, encourage team development, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience managing promotional strategies, product portfolios, and budgeting within a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with omni-channel partners, including shared planning, thoughtful communication, and long-term growth alignment
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for Walmart and Costco across both in-store and e-commerce platforms, including 1P and 3P marketplace strategy
- Support and empower a team of National Account Managers and Analysts by providing coaching, encouragement, and development opportunities
- Partner with Channel Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to co-create promotional strategies, product launches, and go-to-market plans
- Develop inclusive business plans and forecasting models, rooted in collaboration and data-informed insights
- Lead joint business planning (JBP) efforts with retail customers, building trust and clarity into shared objectives
- Guide digital strategy, including content optimization (PDPs), digital merchandising, and retail media initiatives
- Manage product mix and trade spend planning in alignment with organizational goals and customer feedback
- Analyze performance data and market trends, transforming insights into collaborative recommendations
- Keep senior leadership informed through clear, proactive communication focused on opportunities and alignment
- Foster an environment of openness, mutual respect, and shared learning across teams
