Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role (preferably managing leaders)
- Deep expertise in adult learning, leadership theory, team dynamics, and executive development
- Proven ability to design and facilitate leadership programs across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, multi-session, experiential)
- Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Strong command of leadership assessment tools (e.g., 360 feedback) and coaching frameworks
- Technologically fluent with experience in using digital platforms, learning management systems, and content curation tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to align leadership development initiatives with organizational strategy
- Proven ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels, particularly senior and executive leadership
- Collaborative and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to co-create solutions with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
