Director – IT Product Management

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field
OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field))
(1) Defining product roadmap; (2) Implementing highly integrated end to end custom CRM solutions; (3) Business need evaluation; (4) Process workflow design; (5) Application prototyping; (6) SOQL; (7) Agile Scrum; (8) Waterfall; (9) Seibel; and (10) JIRA. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

Oversee the development and management of the company’s IT products from inception to launch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success
Define and implement product vision and strategy based on market trends and customer needs
Manage and prioritize the product backlog and development for key products
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Regularly interact with customers to gain insights and feedback on the products
Monitor and analyze product performance and make necessary adjustments to product strategy, and ensure all products align with the company’s overall strategy and goals
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
Manage team to assign appropriate tasks to meet deadlines and team goals, and hire, fire, supervise direct staff and their work product.
