Requirements
- Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field
- OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field
- A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field))
- (1) Defining product roadmap; (2) Implementing highly integrated end to end custom CRM solutions; (3) Business need evaluation; (4) Process workflow design; (5) Application prototyping; (6) SOQL; (7) Agile Scrum; (8) Waterfall; (9) Seibel; and (10) JIRA. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and management of the company’s IT products from inception to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success
- Define and implement product vision and strategy based on market trends and customer needs
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and development for key products
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Regularly interact with customers to gain insights and feedback on the products
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make necessary adjustments to product strategy, and ensure all products align with the company’s overall strategy and goals
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Manage team to assign appropriate tasks to meet deadlines and team goals, and hire, fire, supervise direct staff and their work product.
