Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience (sales, sales management, marketing, training, etc.) in roles of increasing responsibility with consistent track record of performance.
  • 5+ years’ experience within Incentives (client or consulting based)
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior leadership decisions.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a productive and positive manner.
  • Strong evidence of developing talent, inspiring followership, and driving accountability.
  • Forward-thinking and able to adapt and flex according to business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, strategize, coordinate, communicate, and implement field incentives compensation programs across the entire BBU portfolio.
  • Lead a team of four direct reports, fostering their development while managing day-to-day deliverables and driving visionary design for future capabilities.
  • Educate and influence a diverse cross-functional team of senior leaders to support pay-for-performance incentive compensation plans.
  • Lead the Incentive Compensation Governance Committee to ensure compliant and effective decision-making.
  • Drive innovation, simplicity, and efficiency in collaboration with strategic partners for IC plan development and administration.
  • Partner with Commercial Excellence to enhance understanding and impact of IC plans through unique training initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent by assessing marketplace trends and internal needs to proactively identify opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience within Incentives (client or consulting based) in the Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare industry
