Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders across DaVita IKC to develop strategic perspective on growth priorities across product lines
  • Balance the needs of payer and physician stakeholders to develop strategic value propositions / products
  • Develop processes and codify perspectives to ensure clinical and operational success is properly factored into contract negotiations, quality metric construction, and deal modeling
  • Develop and retain a strong team of individuals who are analytical and process-minded but also understand the operational, clinical, and financial aspects of IKC
  • Oversee and execute Commercial and MA program launches, serving as launch SME for broader business
  • Facilitate strategy for comprehensive commercial growth path based on identified operational and financial goals
  • Develop, socialize, and implement future quality strategy with an end goal of proactively identifying and meeting market expectations
  • Represent quality strategy in external meeting with payors, physicians, and health systems
  • Own and manage special projects related to the opportunities for future growth including product innovation and new market exploration
  • Provide an operational perspective in cross functional workgroups targeting business development strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare and Value-based care preferred
  • Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or similar role a plus
