Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred
- 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources (in HR consulting, Centers of Excellence or HR Business Partner roles)
- Demonstrates inclusive leadership with an emphasis on leading with curiosity, results-orientation, accountability and developing high performing team
- Knows the business and stays up to date on key organizational impacts including product road map, talent management and short term and long-range planning
- Is knowledgeable about the product development and operations of the organization and understands easily the connection between talent management practices and the business
- Has a demonstrated background in Organizational Design. Knows best practices and has experience leading a business through OD strategy
- Is a pro at workforce planning and is a key advisor to the business in scaling, location strategy and new markets
- Effectively analyzes and identifies people issues that are affecting business performance and can leverage the appropriate resources to resolve the critical issues
- Looks around corners to proactively identify challenges on a global scale
- Can align recommendations for sustainable organizational design to short term and long-range business plans.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with executives to influence key priorities
- Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives
- Proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning, location strategy, organization design and structure
- Flawlessly execute appropriate talent planning activities that will identify talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans
- Lead initiatives ranging from complex to highly complex with significant impact
- Innovate on existing programs to help leaders look around corners and drive better organizational results
- Act as a change-agent as the business continues to rapidly grow and adapt to every changing market dynamic, competitive landscape, and technological advancement
- Partner with and between our Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless processes and programs across the organization
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Centers of Excellence to develop organizational and people strategies which improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their business groups
- Monitor organizational health metrics and implement action plans in partnership with leaders
- Ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred
