Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience with a generalist background.
- 5+ years in an advanced HR management role.
- Previous experience supporting a global supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution/transportation operations for a large organization.
- Strong track record in organizational development, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide HR business partnering and consultative support, acting as a trusted advisor on talent and organizational strategies.
- Develop and execute workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business priorities.
- Manage and guide organizational design and change management efforts to enhance efficiency, agility, and team effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to enhance associate engagement, reduce turnover, and strengthen retention through targeted HR initiatives.
- Drive HR service delivery improvements, incorporating best practices and leveraging analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a steward for talent management, mentoring and developing HR teams while fostering a culture of growth, development, and inclusion.
- Support, manage, and guide HR projects, including learning & development programs, workforce planning, and other strategic people-focused initiatives.
- Ensure HR programs and services meet or exceed the evolving needs of the organization, continuously improving HR processes and service levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
