Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, including substantial experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, cross functional environment.
- Experience working in the technology or product space.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior engineering leaders in the US and UK to develop and execute people strategies that align with business goals and strengthen organisational capability.
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, talent planning, workforce strategy, and team effectiveness.
- Help shape and embed a high-performance culture, supporting leaders in goal setting, feedback, recognition, and performance improvement.
- Act as a coach and sounding board to leaders and managers, providing insights on engagement, leadership, and team dynamics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture colleagues (Talent, Reward, Talent Acquisition etc) to deliver seamless, integrated HR solutions.
- Use data and people insights to identify trends, spot opportunities, and drive action plans across the engineering population.
- Support change management efforts, ensuring clear communication and alignment during organisational shifts or initiatives.
- Stay close to employee sentiment, champion wellbeing, and help foster an inclusive, positive, and collaborative workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting UK teams and leaders, with strong knowledge of UK employment practices, culture, and operating context.
- Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, organisational design, and employee engagement.
