Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner program management, channel development, or strategic alliances in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling global partner programs with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, open-source technologies, and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Experience working with cloud providers, system integrators, resellers, and ISVs.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Elastic’s Global Partner Program, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
  • Define partner program benefits, incentives, and enablement strategies to enhance engagement and productivity.
  • Establish key performance metrics to track program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, product, and customer success teams to create seamless partner experiences.
  • Develop and refine partner tiering structures, certification programs, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Work closely with regional partner managers to ensure consistent execution of partner strategies globally.
  • Foster relationships with strategic partners, identifying opportunities for joint solutions and market expansion.
  • Oversee partner enablement initiatives, including training, certifications, and sales support.
  • Align partner strategies with Elastic’s product roadmap and go-to-market motions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to ensure Elastic’s partner program remains best-in-class.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Elastic Stack, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their partner programs.
  • Understanding of partner incentive structures and business development strategies.
