Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, MarTech, or digital transformation, with 3–5 years in a senior or director-level role.
  • Proven experience designing and managing omni-channel programs across email, video, webinars, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM (e.g. SFDC), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, ON24, Vidyard), and journey orchestration tools.
  • Hands-on experience driving the adoption of AI and automation within marketing and sales workflows.
  • Track record of building and scaling marketing operations processes that improve productivity, campaign velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement omni-channel orchestrations that span the full buyer journey – connecting chat, email, video, webinars, content hubs, and sales engagement tools to create consistent, timely, and personalised experiences.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to drive the adoption and optimisation of customer journey orchestration across multiple channels and lifecycle stages.
  • Lead the development of scalable campaign frameworks to enable marketing teams to launch omni-channel programs efficiently while maintaining brand and messaging consistency.
  • Optimise lead flow and engagement pathways by aligning programs with our lead lifecycle, scoring models and account-based strategies – ensuring every touchpoint is intentional, relevant and conversion-driven.
  • Collaborate with MarTech SMEs to ensure seamless integration across the stack enabling real-time data capture, orchestration and reporting that inform campaign performance and next-best actions.
  • Establish governance standards and channel-specific best practices for message cadence, frequency, segmentation, deliverability and compliance, ensuring a frictionless user experience and strong brand presence across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and scale AI use cases that enhance personalisation, content delivery and operational efficiency across the MarTech stack.
  • Leverage data across different marketing channels to uncover trends, optimise campaigns, improve targeting, segmentation and personalisation.
  • Ensure data governance, compliance and alignment with global privacy regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing technology and operations professionals.
