Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management / Project Management
• Five or more years of experience leading a team
• Experienced in outsourced logistics partnerships
• Experience in managing and leading change initiatives involving significant impacts to the organization
• Experience in contract development, execution, and management
• Skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders to gather category requirements and specifications from departments and category subject matter experts
• Ability to resolve conflict and solve problem
• Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of professionals focused on operational excellence and transformation of the function
• Enable the organizational buildout of key subfunctions to help manage delivery precision and optimal total landed cost of our infrastructure
• Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, DC operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment on data and process dependencies, deliverables, resource needs, and project timelines
• Serve as the single point of contact for strategic stakeholder updates, ensuring clear, concise, and consistent communications land with a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks to keep projects on track and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success and effectiveness
